Firi-tan's outfit here is pretty much inspired by a local soap opera entitled Amaya. A story of a strong and beautiful female warrior whose twin is a snake and is destined to kill the tyrant Datu Mangubat. The plot of the story is during the pre-colonial period.
Eh, her feet looks weird. Hard to believe, but that's on purpose. I hate how I colored the gold. I failed on Himaruya's coloring style on that part..
You are great at drawing the anatomy and designing her clothes. She has a great position or pose and it adds up to her fierce personality. You made the hairstyle simple yet pleasing and the shading of her eyes are remarkable. In a way, your artwork attracts viewers because it's colors match with each other; the skin tone, clothing, hair color, lettering and armory.
Everything is well-detailed and magnificent; from head to toe, background to the drawing and coloring.
It is, without a doubt, beautiful. And I could not see why viewers would not like it.
Man sometimes I'm glad I'm Filipino because if I ever marry a Filipina I can be rest assured that she'll do the ass-kicking when it comes to home security.
To be honest, I still can't cope with your Firi's hairstyles. (I usually see hair like that with modernly-dress Filipinas and not anyone before the 60s, sorry, Ate. D
Vu everytime you draw her in any traditional garb, they really are well-kep and seriously researched on. (And Amaya was the shit. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise.)
I hope. Our ancestors boasted of supah-long hair like tendrils of rivers. UuU I think it's good that you hven't gotten to going about the fandom, though. Too many "Firis" and other OCs have this hairstyle.
